Memorial Weekend

We went to Hilton Head SC over Memorial Weekend.  We fell for a timeshare ploy.  "Come stay, all you have to do is attend our 30 minute sales pitch"  We THOUHGT we were going to be staying at the timeshare, turns out we would have been better off staying at a motel 6:)  That being said,  the island was Amazing and we would have never gone otherwise. 

 This is our favorite beach yet!  The board walk down to the sand and then a sand mat down to the tide.  Easiest access and clean up, which is a big deal with all our dirty feet and stuff that goes with them.

It was a five hour drive, so we got there just after the sun went down

It was also my Birthday!  

We couldn't keep Eli out of the water, so down to his Birds he went

We are actually claiming to have swam with them:)  

The girls initially thought it was a shark and they were Gone!!  

 A lot of cheesy poses I know, the kids tried to be good sports.  

At this point we are doing what we can to avoid going back to the rooms.  This is the backside of the island, facing west.  If I knew what I was doing I would have gotten some cool sunset pics, these will have to suffice.

  

We are missing family a Ton!  

I am glad for the opportunities that we have to make memories with my sweet little family here.
