The girls went outside to wait for a little friend to be dropped off. When I looked out the window to check on them, this is what I found. Just sitting out on the steps keeping busy, until the company arrived!! Even more surprising they stayed and the little friend joined them, even with a promise of swimming in the backyard.

I love how girls can "just be" sometimes. You might find that boys are not quite so good at this. :)
Hey don't worry about little boys. my little boy is excellent at sitting and reading books. he even did this when he was one years old! Okay, there are other times that he may have a little more energy but little boys are so much fun!
