Puppet Show

We accompanied a group of preschooler friends to a puppet show in Denver. I think the kids had a good time. After the play they were able to make a paper puppet of their own and play with the extra puppets in the studio. The lady running the show was a little honery, she would freeze the puppets if there was ANY noise in the audience. We went to lunch afterwards, which is of course my favorite. Syd was upset because we went to Quizno's and not Arbys?@#????

Funny how uptight some people get--especially when kids are invovled and they have unrealistic expectations. I can remember being upset when we were little because we had to eat pizza instead of artic circle. Funny thing about kids.

I was fascinated with marionettes as a kid. (all from the Sound of Music I think) Anyway the show must have seemed magical to them.

Fun

Sounds fun. Why do grouchy people work with little kids? A mystery.

Hey Petersens,
Me and the family are here in Denver for some work training. Made me think of checking in with your blog page. Glad to see that you have a great little family and that life seems to be treating you well. Hope you are enjoying life here in Colorado. Allison, I understand missing the mountains in Idaho, but I can see why Aaron must have loved living in Inkom. We've got a great view of the ski hill out our front door. Take care and keep in touch.
