Easter 2011

We did not have a white Christmas, but come time for an Easter egg hunt, what should appear...yeah SNOW!! Don't get me wrong, we didn't go sledding, it was just a skiff. Threatening just the same. All was well in the end, our small Easter egg hunt was a huge success, leaving no child disappointed. We decorated eggs Friday night and the Easter Bunny hid our baskets for Saturday morning. All the sugar and fun came Saturday, leaving us with a reverent Easter Sunday.

We were a family of Yellow at church!

Super cute!! We have taken to your Easter idea of everything candy and bunny Saturdays and Reverence and the Savior Sundays. It has worked out great for us for the last 2yrs. I love to that I only have to worry about all the baskets and that crap Friday- Saturday and not do any of it Sunday. Thanks for the idea!!!

Aly, you are such a talented cuss! Those photos are super! You should take up professional portrait photography (in your spare time right?) Looks like you had a lovely time. And all your younguns are getting ccuter by the minute.

As far as the snow goes - I woke up to 2 inches yesterday morning. I don't even want to talk about it.
Sheesh!

Too cute! Not everyone can carry off yellow but your cuties sure can. We have had endless rain this spring but I guess I would take that over snow! Sounds like it was fun despite the weather.
